1. Overview

At Creatorry, we provide AI-generated music that involves instant, dedicated computational resources and personalized content generation. Due to the nature of our digital services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, cancellations, or credits are permitted under any circumstances once content generation has begun.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons (including but not limited to):

  • Dissatisfaction with the style, structure, output, or artistic impression of the generated music or lyrics
  • Errors made in prompts or requests, including typos, incorrect instructions, or unintended input
  • Generation of content containing explicit, offensive, or otherwise undesirable material based on User input
  • Unintended duplication or redundancy in generated content
  • Technical or compatibility issues outside Creatorry's control
  • If you decide that you no longer need the service after the purchase
  • If you purchase a subscription but do not or seldom use the service
  • If the price of a subscription changes following your purchase
  • If an accidental purchase occurs
  • If the service does not meet your expectations or preferences
  • If you are not satisfied with the current features or were unable to find specific features you were looking for
  • If you have discovered an alternative service that you prefer
  • If you experience slow upload or download speeds when transferring files to or from your local device (these speeds are influenced by your internet connection and Internet Service Provider's performance, not our service)
  • If music generation takes longer than expected, which may occur with complex compositions requiring extensive processing
  • If you experience intermittent technical problems with our service (we work diligently to resolve any issues or bugs promptly upon discovery)
  • If you forget to manually cancel your subscription or fail to seek cancellation help from our support team before the renewal date

3. Limited Exception

Only if the Service completely fails to deliver any content due solely to technical malfunction on Creatorry's systems (excluding issues caused by User's device, internet connection, or third-party platforms), and after Company is notified within 7 days with sufficient proof, Company may, at its sole discretion, offer replacement content or account credits. Monetary refunds are never issued.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing cycle and will not automatically renew if canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

5. Unauthorized Charges

In the rare case of verifiable fraudulent or unauthorized charges, we will investigate the matter and may initiate appropriate resolution procedures according to payment processor policies.

6. Waiver of Rights

By submitting a prompt or payment to Creatorry, you acknowledge and accept these strict refund conditions in full and unequivocally waive any right to:

  • Request or receive monetary refunds for Digital content
  • Initiate chargebacks or disputes via payment providers
  • Seek remedy through alternative channels regarding refunds for AI-generated music
